About Heritage Range Cookers

The beginning

Established in 1978, Heating South West Ltd has long been regarded as an expert in the range cooker field and, through its HSW Supplies division, designed, developed and began distributing its own Heritage Range Cooker in the 1990s.  Now with a workforce of more than 35 people, many of whom have been with the Company for well over 10 years, Heritage enjoys an enviable reputation for quality and reliability.

Each cooker is individually crafted to your specification by a dedicated team of Heritage engineers who take an “old-fashioned” pride in their job.  At Heritage you will be treated as a valued customer and not just a postcode.
 
Based in Cornwall, the home of range cookers, the Heritage draws on the pioneer spirit of the early Cornish Range and the long history of expertise in range cooker manufacture.  Yet, the Heritage has an innovative design coupled with traditional build quality to achieve as “green” a cooker as practical.

Like Heritage, many of the best engineering innovations have come from smaller British companies and that is why quality components are sourced from British companies.

Delivery and Service

For peace of mind, each cooker is carefully transported from our workshop and positioned directly into your home. Where access is difficult, an on-site assembly service is available. For boat installations, delivery is to the boatyard only.

From the placing of your order to aftersales support, our desire is to provide you with good old-fashioned service & assistance or advice in choosing the right cooker for your needs.

Since Heritages are designed to be engineer-friendly, any suitably qualified installer who is familiar with modern pressure-jet Ranges will be able to install and service a Heritage, provided our installation manual and current regulations are adhered to. All high tech parts are 'industry standard' for excellent spares availability within the EU.

Workshops

Many of our customers have enjoyed a guided tour of our workshops and seen a cooker being built.  Why not get a feel for the quality and ease of operation of the Heritage yourself? We also have many units working in our large showrooms.  We cordially invite you to visit us at our showrooms in Liskeard, Cornwall (16 miles west of Plymouth) and see the cookers in operation yourself (open six days a week, workshop visits by appointment). Liskeard also makes an ideal base for seeing more of Cornwall, so why not make a short break of it and do a little exploring? Both Cornish coasts are within easy reach and the Eden project is just a few miles down the road.
